The rules and guidelines for using TenantSight

TenantSight is a cloud-based Microsoft 365 security audit platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The service connects to your clients' M365 tenancies via read-only Microsoft Graph API access, performs automated security audits, and generates white-labelled HTML reports for delivery to your clients.
By creating an account and using TenantSight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
In summary: we only collect what's necessary to provide the service, we never access file contents or emails, all data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell your data to third parties.
The TenantSight platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TenantSight. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Audit reports generated by TenantSight are yours to use, distribute, and present to your clients as you see fit. On paid plans, reports carry your branding and you have full rights to present them under your company name.
TenantSight is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:
We aim to keep TenantSight available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Microsoft Graph API outages). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email. Your continued use of TenantSight after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TenantSight will be resolved in accordance with Australian law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
