Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TenantSight is a cloud-based Microsoft 365 security audit platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The service connects to your clients' M365 tenancies via read-only Microsoft Graph API access, performs automated security audits, and generates white-labelled HTML reports for delivery to your clients.

By creating an account and using TenantSight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure you have proper authorisation from your clients before connecting their M365 tenants

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

TenantSight is designed for legitimate security auditing purposes. You agree to:

• Use read-only access responsibly — only connect tenants where you have explicit permission from the tenant owner or administrator
• Not misuse the service — do not attempt to access data beyond what TenantSight provides, circumvent security controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not resell access — your account is for your organisation's use; do not share login credentials or resell access to the platform
• Comply with applicable laws — use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

TenantSight offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Key billing terms:

• Payment processing — all payments are processed securely by Stripe. TenantSight does not store your credit card or payment details
• Billing cycle — paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Cancel anytime — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. You retain access to paid features until your current period ends
• Price changes — we may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

In summary: we only collect what's necessary to provide the service, we never access file contents or emails, all data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The TenantSight platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TenantSight. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Audit reports generated by TenantSight are yours to use, distribute, and present to your clients as you see fit. On paid plans, reports carry your branding and you have full rights to present them under your company name.

7. Limitation of Liability

TenantSight is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

• We do not guarantee that audit results are exhaustive or error-free. Security audits depend on data returned by the Microsoft Graph API, which may be incomplete or delayed
• TenantSight is not a substitute for professional security assessments, penetration testing, or compliance certifications
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on audit report findings
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantSight's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep TenantSight available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Microsoft Graph API outages). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email. Your continued use of TenantSight after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TenantSight will be resolved in accordance with Australian law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
